Eight arms. One brain.
We built OKTO after seeing up close how much time distribution companies spend sending documents and typing in orders. The ERP holds every answer — it just isn’t accessible to anyone outside the office.
The idea was simple: customers are already on WhatsApp. Instead of asking them to learn a portal, teach the ERP to talk.
Why an octopus:
Eight arms working in parallel — WhatsApp, ERP, documents, orders, autonomous processes, alerts — and one brain coordinating them. That is exactly how the system is built.
How we work:
A small team and a guided implementation. OKTO is not a self-service product and has no plans to become one. Every customer gets scoping, implementation and ongoing support — because no two ERP installations look the same.
Where this is going:
OKTO is built from the ground up to be ERP-independent. Priority, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA and ECC today, and any ERP with an open API after that.
